Showing his frustration, he took to Instagram as his stage and shared his comments, where he said there were unnecessary things created that created unconvincing moments for him, resulting in him missing the flight. He also mentioned the specific staff member’s name and urged the airline to take action.

As mentioned earlier, Sharma is all set for the England T20I series after delivering top-notch performances in the recently concluded Vijay Hazare Trophy, where he scored a total of 467 runs in 8 games, including a big century and 3 fifties. This shows how well he is improving in recent times. His name has also come under the spotlight for the Champions Trophy 2025 selection, where, if not in the XI, he might be considered as a reserve.
