The couple will host a party for the first time at their Alibaug house. According to sources, Virat Kohli paid an astounding Rs 6 crore for a 2,000 square-foot home in Avas Living, Alibaug, in 2023. He also paid Rs 36 lakh in stamp duty on the property. The opulent property features a 400-square-foot pool as well. Additionally, a property in Alibaug is also reported to have been purchased by Kohli and his wife, Anushka Sharma, for Rs 19.24 crore.
Virat visiting holy places amid bad form
Virat and Anushka are visiting holy places to seek blessings. They recently visited the ashram of the renowned priest Premanand Maharaj in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh. They also visited the Lord Krishna temple in Vrindavan.
Virat Kohli is under increasing pressure after returning with fewer than 200 runs in five Tests during a challenging tour of Australia. With uncertainty surrounding his future, both Kohli and Rishabh Pant have been included in Delhi’s probable squad for the upcoming Ranji Trophy season. It has been a decade since Kohli last played domestic cricket. Given Kohli’s recent technical issues, critics are urging the veteran to refine his basics in domestic cricket to regain his confidence.
