Against Bangladesh, England, and Sri Lanka, India has dominated Pink Ball Test cricket on home soil. But away from home, India’s only defeat came against Australia at Adelaide, the same venue where India will play their next game of the Border Gavaskar Trophy.

Back in 2020, India were defeated by 8 wickets by the hosts. The game is well known after India’s batting order crumbled as the visitors were bowled out for a low score of 36 runs. With a 1-0 lead after Perth’s victory, India will head into the game as favorites and will be keen to set the record straight.
