IPL 2025は3月22日に開始されます。今週は完全なスケジュールが予想されます

While it was understood that IPL 2025 would begin on March 23, now a report in Cricbuzz claims that the tournament will begin on March 22, a Saturday. The season opener will feature the defending champs KKR, who will play against RCB at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata.

On the other hand, runners-up SRH will also get to play their first match at home. The Pat Cummins-led team will go up against Rajasthan Royals at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad, in an afternoon match. But having said that, the full IPL 2025 schedule is yet to be announced; the franchises seem to have been communicated with the dates.

Once again, as per the IPL tradition, the final will be held in the defending champs’ home ground, at the Eden Gardens on may 25. It was earlier revealed on Jan 12 SGM in Mumbai, that the IPL would commence on March 23, but now the dates seem to have been revised due to reasons unknown.

The full IPL 2025 schedule is expected to be announced in the next one or two days, the report further suggested. As far as the venues of the tournament are concerned — Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Lucknow, Mullanpur, Delhi, Jaipur, Kolkata and Hyderabad, Guwahati and Dharamsala will also host few matches.

The two matches scheduled in Guwahati will be on March 26 and March 30, where home side RR will take on KKR and CSK. Dharamsala will host two matches for home side PBKS. Qualifier 1 and Eliminator will be played in Hyderabad, and qualifier 2 and final will be in Kolkata.
