マスター・ブラスターがオーストラリアに対して再びマスタークラスを見せたので、サチン・テンドルカーは時計をバックアップしたようです。 1998年にシャルジャでオーストラリア人に対して見たものは、2025年に再びIML T20で目撃しました。
On one hand, wickets were tumbling, and on the other, it was all about Sachin Tendulkar, who was smashing sixes all over the park, just as he used to do for India in the past. This is exactly what we saw at the BCA Stadium in Vadodara on 5 March 2025. Playing for India Masters, Tendulkar took the Australian Masters bowlers to task in the ongoing IML T20 2025, almost reminiscent of his iconic Desert Storm innings in Sharjah. He delivered a breathtaking knock of 64 off just 33 balls.
However, despite his heroics, it was the Australian Masters who emerged victorious, unleashing carnage to secure their first win in the International Masters League 2025, thumping India Masters by 95 runs.
Many things came to light in the match. Initially, Ben Dunk and Shane Watson stitched together a remarkable 236-run partnership, the highest second-wicket stand in T20 cricket, which helped their side post a mammoth 269-run target.
When India came to bat, they did not get a good start. However, despite wickets tumbling at the other end, Sachin Tendulkar continued his innings, smashing four sixes and seven fours to take India Masters to 100/3 midway through the innings. But it was Xavier Doherty who dismissed him.
After Tendulkar’s departure, Yusuf Pathan showcased his brilliance with a quickfire 25 off 15 balls, raising hopes of a fourth consecutive win for India Masters. However, they ultimately fell short, getting bowled out for 174.
