Pratika Rawal hails from Prem Nagar in Haryana. Her father, Pradeep Rawal, is a BCCI-certified Level-II umpire with the Delhi & District Cricket Association (DDCA). She began her cricket journey at the age of 10 while in fourth grade. Initially, she trained under coach Sharvan Kumar at Rohtak Road Gymkhana Cricket Academy. Later, she continued her training under former cricketer Dipti Dhyani and Delhi women’s team coach Dishant Yagnik.
