The fierce rivalry between CSK and Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) has fuelled plenty of memorable moments, and Gaikwad added to that legacy with his witty jab at the event. As Gaikwad took the stage, the anchor warmly welcomed him amidst loud cheers from the crowd. However, when Gaikwad attempted to respond, his microphone didn’t work. The anchor, jokingly addressing the sound engineer, said, “How can you turn off Ruturaj’s mic?” Gaikwad’s quick wit stole the show as he quipped, “Might be someone from RCB.” His playful response sent the audience into fits of laughter.
