LSG vs Mi、IPL 2025:マークマークは、完全性のためにアンカーの役割を果たし、金曜日の半分と戦います。
Aiden Markram gave a timely reminder of his prowess with his maiden fifty for Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in their match against the Mumbai Indians (MI). Markram overcame a slow start to put his side in the driver’s seat, ending his run of low scores dating back to IPL 2024.

Put into bat, Markram combined with partner Mitchell Marsh to put his side on top in the first six overs. While Marsh decided to hunt the bowlers down, Markram played second fiddle. In the powerplay, the Proteas T20I skipper contributed just 7 runs off 6 balls.
He broke the shackles with a six off Vignesh Puthur but largely rotated strike to motor along to 23 off 20. Playing the anchor’s role to perfection, Markram held the LSG innings together, scoring his 6th IPL fifty. It was his first in 10 IPL innings, ending a run of indifferent form.
Before Friday, Markram’s scores for LSG read: 15, 1, 28. Even in his last 2 seasons for SRH, the Proteas star managed only 468 runs in 24 innings, with a only two half centuries. He was eventually released by Sunrisers, only for Lucknow to buy him for 2 crore.
Markram’s 50 helped LSG muster 203 in their 20 overs against MI. LSG, who lost their first home game to Punjab Kings, will hope Markram’s knock helps them to bag their first home win of the season.
