Hardik Pandyaは2024年のT20ワールドカップ以来、非常に触れていますが、最後の50枚は14枚前に到着しました。
Hardik Pandya wasn’t at his best in Rajkot. The India cricket team had lost wickets in heaps, and some thought that the all-rounder had kept Team India in the game with his 35-ball 40, while others blamed him for not hitting them out of the park and saving the match.

He also made a tactical blunder towards the end of the match as well when he denied a single to Dhruv Jurel. Team India needed 42 runs from 13 balls to win the match and the India vs. England T20I series. Yet he didn’t take the run to keep himself on strike for the penultimate over.
The move backfired. On the very next ball, Pandya walked back to the pavilion by holing out to the long-off. Team India weren’t favourites to win, but they could have given them a chance. Every run is needed to win the game, and Pandya let go of that opportunity.

However, the all-rounder has course-corrected in the very next game. With Team India 79/5 after 10.4 overs, Pandya walked in. From there on, he, along with Shivam Dube, hit 87 runs from just 44 balls. The southpaw played incredibly well, but it was Pandya’s blistering 53 runs from just 30 balls that changed that match.
Team India went on to score 181 runs. The momentum changed after Pandya arrived in the middle. Saqib Mahmood had done the damage with his maiden over, where he claimed the wickets of Sanju Samson, Tilak Varma, and Suryakumar Yadav. Had Pandya not saved Team India, it could have been possible that Team India could have posted just 120 runs on the board.
Of course, being an all-rounder, Pandya can contribute even more. If Team India goes on to win the match, Pandya would be a big reason for the victory along with Dube.
