South Africa’s Jacques Kallis was the star of the inaugural ICC Champions Trophy final. His all-round performance, including a crucial knock with the bat and key wickets with the ball, led South Africa to victory against the West Indies, earning him the Man of the Match award.

In the 2000 final, Chris Cairns of New Zealand played one of the most memorable innings in Champions Trophy history. Chasing India’s challenging total, Cairns’s unbeaten century guided New Zealand to a dramatic victory, and his heroic effort earned him the Man of the Match award.

Ian Bradshaw of the West Indies held his nerves with the bat as he helped his side win the 2004 Champions Trophy against the Three Lions by just one wicket.

In 2006 and 2009 CT finals, Shane Watson proved his worth with both bat and ball to bag the man of the match award. India’s Ravindra Jadeja was the star of the 2013 final against England.
